Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Special Education certification or equivalent*
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Texas teaching certification in Special Education*
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with high-needs children on a specialized campus, K-12 grade level*
- Other Requirements: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), strong communication skills, commitment to supporting high-need students, background check and clearance as required by school district

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for high-needs students*
- Collaborate with support staff, administrators, and families to support student success*
- Manage classroom activities and behavioral strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment*
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles*
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
