Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: MA special educator license or reading specialist license
- Certifications Requirements: Valid special education teacher license
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in literacy or math instruction; experience with 1:1 literacy and math instruction for students performing at grade 1 level or below
- Other Requirements: Ability to work 45 days per week, 30-minute sessions; must be available to start ASAP; background check required; excellent communication and patience skills

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 literacy instruction sessions with students performing at approximately 1st-grade level in grade 4 out-of-district placements
- Deliver 1:1 math instruction tailored to individual student needs
- Implement individualized educational strategies aligned with student IEPs
- Communicate progress and collaborate with team members and parents
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with licensing and school policies
