Job Description
Bretz RV & Marine is seeking a Special Order Parts Advisor to help keep our customers' adventures on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle Parts Requests: Monitor and respond promptly to internal customer and technician inquiries.
- Source and Procure Parts: Identify, locate, and order parts efficiently.
- Provide Accurate Information: Quote pricing, inventory availability, and timelines for orders.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with current promotions, department operations, and industry trends.
- Use Advanced Tools: Become proficient with dealership software, CRM systems, and a multi-line phone system.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience & Education: High school diploma (or equivalent); prior parts or inventory experience is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: You excel at staying organized and ensuring accuracy.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work well with others.
- Computer Proficiency: Must have computer/office experience.
- Process-Driven: Ability to follow standard operating procedures daily.
- Reliable & Dependable: Punctual and dependable.
Compensation:
- $19 per hour DOE
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
