Reporting to the Director of Student Success Advising, this temporary two-year role is central to the successful implementation of Workday Student, Berklee's new student information system. The assistant will serve as the key point of coordination for the Student Advising Workstream-scheduling meetings, creating agendas, supporting communications, and ensuring project deliverables stay on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate project-related meetings, timelines, and materials

  • Draft and distribute communications to internal stakeholders

  • Help manage digital files and ensure workstream documentation is organized and up to date

  • Support the Director with day-to-day administrative operations within the Student Success Advising department

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment

  • Contribute to a student-centered, equity-focused advising culture

What Sets Berklee Apart:

It also supports our vision: to transform arts education and empower students to create a more dynamic and inclusive world through their work.

Who You Are:

  • A natural organizer who thrives on managing details and timelines

  • A clear communicator with experience drafting professional communications and managing cross-departmental collaboration

  • Proficient in tools like Google Suite, Excel, Zoom, Asana, and SmartSheets (or eager to learn)

  • Able to balance multiple competing priorities with grace and flexibility

  • Excited to work in a hybrid environment (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST)

  • Committed to equity, access, and a student-first approach to higher education

Why Join Berklee:

This is more than a job-it's a chance to be part of a creative, mission-driven institution where work-life balance, community, and innovation are deeply valued. You'll be part of a collaborative team that believes in empowering students and staff alike, and you'll play a key role in shaping how we support students across the college.
