Job Description
Job Title: Administration Specialist 3Location:Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PAPay rate : $30-34.90/hrDuration: 12+ monthsScope: Job will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling TechnologyKey Responsibilities
- Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the “Closed & Install” tracker as well as the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker
- Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployments
- Maintain accurate fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, UKA with accurate ISO information
- Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner’s Circle Communications)
- Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with overview of the VELYS US business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out)
- Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & VELYS Hub)
- Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team)
- Maintain ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar
- Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team leads
- Developing suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities
