Key Responsibilities:

• Develop balanced volume, detailed, and material plans considering operational efficiency, inventory costs, and customer service.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions.
• Lead improvement projects and participate in critical issue discussions.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively identify supply issues and drive planning activities/processes.
• Manage Quality Assurance and customer issues, optimize inventory levels, and resolve mismatches/payment issues.
• Communicate forecasts and priorities to external sites.
• Collaborate with various teams to support new product launches and ensure accurate master data for reliable MRP/ERP outputs.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as OTIF, inventory targets, and timely launch metrics.
• Support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Supply Chain planning or operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferences:

• Experience in master production schedule process, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with Scenario analysis, sales and operations planning, and Planning Systems (APO/OMP).
• APICS and LEAN Certification.
• Flexibility to work with global teams and travel up to 10% domestically.
