• Lead revenue recognition and contract review processes under ASC 606*
• Prepare detailed account reconciliations and journal entries*
• Conduct inventory assessments and variance analysis*
• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including EAC and flux analysis*
• Manage SOX compliance and support external and internal audits*
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to special projects*
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial closing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements*
• Proven track record in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes*
• Strong analytical and communication skills*
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with familiarity in Oracle ERP or similar systems a plus*
• CPA or pursuing CPA designation highly preferred*
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with OneStream or other reconciliation tools*
• Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)*
• Prior experience facilitating audits and managing compliance

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience, or*
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or*
• 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Additional Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship*
• Onsite work Monday through Friday, 9/80 schedule*
• Potential for conversion to a full-time, direct-hire role
