Job's Misson

As Specialist, People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to employees and front-line leaders, supporting a wide range of HR activities and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment. Working closely with Senior People Partners and global stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering both operational excellence and people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care
  • Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, internal mobility, immigration coordination, and offboarding
  • Partner with Senior People Partners and legal teams on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws while reinforcing ASM’s culture and values
  • Contribute to organizational health, engagement, and change management initiatives
  • Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and leverage data insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with global HR colleagues to drive cross-regional initiatives and strengthen the “One ASM” culture
  • Support employee engagement activities and community-building efforts

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-7 years of HR experience (flexible based on leveling), ideally in a fast-paced and/or international environment
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, compliance)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law (practical or academic)
  • Experience with HRIS systems; exposure to immigration processes is a plus
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is a plus
