Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

About this team:

The global marketing team at Magnite brings creativity and color to our technology and client-focused solutions, translating complex capabilities into stories that resonate. They elevate Magnite's innovations through strategic, compelling, and imaginative marketing campaigns. Within marketing, the communications team is responsible for shaping the company's internal and external narratives. Leveraging thought leadership, media relations, and other tactics, the communications team strengthens Magnite's global visibility and reputation.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with teams to support media relations and press strategies to advance the company's objectives

  • Help maintain the news pipeline, coordinate announcement timing, and support coverage tracking

  • Prepare background and messaging materials for media interviews and speaking engagements

  • Work with internal department and business leads to craft company-wide internal communications Draft submissions for US awards and "best of" lists

  • Conduct daily media monitoring and competitive intelligence for Magnite

  • Support coverage tracking and measurement reports for the communications team

  • Develop organic content across Magnite's social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram and oversee the social media content calendar

  • Oversee Magnite's employee social engagement using Sprout Social

  • Support the Magnite communications team with external and internal projects as needed

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications capacity

  • Experience working with LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram in a business setting

  • Experience running organic and paid social media campaigns

  • Strong communication skills with a love for writing

  • Ability to problem solve and work just as well independently as within a team

  • Able to independently structure, and manage workflow and priorities

  • Positive proactive, flexible, team-player who is solution-oriented

  • Strong relationship builder who can collaborate with all employees at the organization no matter their team or level

  • Must be able to think creatively and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
