If you do too, see below for an opportunity to join our team. The Job:OMG23 | Walt Disney Account | Paid Media OnlyWe're looking for a Search and Social Specialist to join our team at OMG23. You'll help plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more for one of the biggest brands on the planet: Disney. This is a paid media role. Not content creation. Not community management. You'll live in the data, strategy, and execution trenches. What You’ll Do:Paid Search and YouTube (Google, Bing, YouTube)Build and manage paid search from setup to reporting. Own budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, ad creative, and landing page performanceTrack, analyze, and optimize based on goals and data Use tools like Doubleclick Search, and Google Trends to drive decisionsPaid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc)Plan and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms Build smart audience targeting strategies and boost client content Monitor budget pacing, adjust bids, and troubleshoot issues in real time QA campaigns, report on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvementYou Bring:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience1+ years paid search and paid social (agency or in-house)Experience with large brand campaigns (bonus if it's in entertainment)Strong communicator Excellent communication skills both (written, and verbal, client-facing)Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetingsAbility to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environmentSelf-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable Analytical mindset. California: $60,000.00 - $70,500.00Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
