Job Description

Job Summary

The Specialist, Salesforce Reporting – National LPM supports the operational needs of our leasing and property management business, including both field and centralized operations. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards and reports within a highly customized Salesforce platform to provide actionable insights for operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce reporting capabilities, but will not be responsible for technical development or customization of the platform.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, Build, and Maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support LPM operations.
  • Build reports on historical results, current performance, and future projections.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs (subject matter experts) to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations, business process maps, and workflows.
  • Assess and maintain data integrity through coordination with market and central teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Improve data quality within Salesforce by running reports to ensure data accuracy and building best practices to ensure consistent system usage.
  • Facilitate data clean-up initiatives and uploads into Salesforce using data loading tools
  • Partner with leadership and process documentation team to ensure effective documentation and guidance for current and newly developed reporting or dashboards. Partnering with L&D in the development and delivery of training as needed.
  • Carry out regular internal Salesforce system audits to ensure consistent usage aligned with IH processes
  • Assists in application implementation and improvement, including testing end-user processes using defined guidelines.
  • Participates in new technology initiatives to understand new or updated workflows and work alongside the technology team to focus on new reporting needs or adjustments to current reporting to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Three years of related system support experience.
  • Salesforce experience, with a particular emphasis on building and customizing Lightning reports and dashboards.
  • Functional knowledge of Yardi and DocuSign relative to the interaction with other systems through integrations.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

  • Excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet corporate goals within desired timeframe
  • Familar with reporting on custom objects and reports is preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity and report and analyze metrics and use them to enhance performance
  • Ability to work independently (self-accountability) and as a member of various teams with sound judgment and ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Physical and Mental Demands

  • This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
  • The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking.
  • This position requires the ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate and communicate.

Work Environment

  • Standard office working environment that may be busy and noisy at times.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $79,987.50 - $138,645.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
