  • Stakeholder Partnership: Advise managers on profiles, interview best practices, and process adherence; drive timely feedback and decisions.

  • Candidate experience & Offer Management: Deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience from first touch through offer; assembling offers that balance candidate motivators with market competitiveness and governance requirements

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to all regulatory, risk, and governance requirements; maintain accurate documentation and participate in process-improvement efforts led by senior partners.

Core Competencies

  • Business Savvy: Understand business unit goals and translate into clear hiring criteria and process plans.

  • Persistence & Tenacity: Overcomes obstacles to keep searches on track; maintains pipeline momentum.

  • Candidate Experience: Consistently delivers positive, measurable candidate experience.

  • Influencing & Collaboration: Guides managers through best practices; partners effectively with HR and peers.

  • Data & Technology savvy (intermediate): Uses ATS, sourcing tools, and dashboards to inform tactical decisions; uses established processes and technology for efficiency gains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 2 - 5 years of recruiting experience with full‑cycle ownership.

  • Strong advisory and communication skills; experience with behavioral interviewing and assessments. Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office.
