Pharmacy Technician – Specialty (Hospital Setting)

💊 What You’ll Do
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter
- Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions
- Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory
- Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence

🕒 Schedule & Compensation
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- Rotating shifts between:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Evenings: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST
- Occasional Saturday shifts
- $7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST
- Hourly Pay Range: $21.37 – $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location)

✅ What You’ll Need
- Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- National Certification (PTCB or NHA) – contingency start may be considered for the right candidate
- 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
📍 Location
This is a fully onsite role in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.
