Description

Responsible for administering and directly applying speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician.  Evaluate and treat all patients who are referred for speech/language.  Develop and document treatment plans and goals.  Perform other duties as directed and required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a current Utah Speech Pathologist License. 
  • Masters Degree in speech/language pathology and completion of the clinical fellowship year with a certificate of clinical competence. 
  • Performance of technical skills related to speech pathology. 
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Must be able to determine appropriate patient procedures and evaluate results
