Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
Guide and educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies.
Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
Keep track of client progress and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Need:

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state licensure in Michigan.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a clinical or home health setting is a plus!
A caring, compassionate approach to client care.
