About the Role:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy services to adult patients in Westminster, CO. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through individualized therapy delivered in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will play a key role in helping adults improve communication, safety, and overall quality of life while maintaining independence in their daily environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Part-time and PRN schedules available

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients.
- Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting.
- Educate patients and caregivers to support therapy carryover and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations and collaborate with the care team for holistic patient care.
Requirements
- A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- ASHA Certification or documentation of passing PRAXIS exam and completion of a Clinical Fellow/Externship
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required
