Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about helping patients improve communication, speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while providing exceptional patient-centered care.

CompensationBase Salary: $83,200 - $114,000 per year
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy programs as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home exercises
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Promote patient independence and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 60 days of hire
- Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
- Experience assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
- Rehabilitation or healthcare setting experience preferred
- Full-time permanent opportunity
