Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions

Support students with:Articulation and phonological disorders

Receptive and expressive language disorders

Social/pragmatic communication

Fluency disorders

Voice disordersAAC and assistive communication needs

Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation

Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success

QualificationsMaster's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyCCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP/CFY)Active Vermont SLP License or eligibility

School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
