Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Master's degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited college or university
- Certifications Requirements: Valid Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation; National Certification of Clinical Competence granted by ASHA; CFY Interns accepted
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience, with extensive knowledge in communication disorders, assessment tools, and IDEA compliance
- Other Requirements: Resume and license submission; ability to work in a hybrid environment with report writing done at home; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; background check and licensure verification

Job Responsibilities:
- Review IEPs and ensure 100% implementation of services
- Create and update IEPs in collaboration with parents and educators
- Monitor students therapy progress and adjust goals accordingly
- Ensure compliance with ARDs and TEA timeframes for evaluations and meetings
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and determine eligibility for services
- Maintain therapy notes, logs, and billing records accurately
- Support RTI implementation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare evaluation reports and participate in ARDs alongside other specialists
