Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Belle Fourche, SD Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Belle Fourche, SD. Job Description:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders*
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs*
- Provide therapy to patients of all ages in a healthcare setting*
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and strategies*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care*
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines*
- Utilize innovative techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program*
- Active SLP license in South Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)*
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred*
- BLS certification required*
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
