Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time position is ideal for professionals dedicated to improving the lives of geriatric patients through expert clinical care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Details:

Location: Pittsfield, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive challenges
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and safety strategies
Document care activities in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensure: Active Massachusetts SLP license
Certifications: ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
Additional: Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
Preferred: Experience with geriatrics or in a skilled nursing facility
Skills:

Expertise in dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders
Strong documentation and EHR usage
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
