Position Overview
Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Courtland, Virginia. This role is ideal for clinicians experienced in post-acute care who are passionate about helping patients regain communication and swallowing function.
You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered therapy in a structured rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license – Virginia (required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 1+ year of SLP experience, preferably in SNF or rehab settings
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
