Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
