Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services at our Academy. This role involves supporting a diverse student population with varying levels of speech and language needs in a collaborative, inclusive educational environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Adapt instruction and interventions to meet diverse learner needs, including special education and culturally/linguistically diverse students
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including cooperative learning and interdisciplinary approaches
  • Design and deliver instruction aligned with a standards-based framework
Qualifications
  • Valid Colorado Special Services Provider License with a School Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement (required)
  • Endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (preferred), or willingness to pursue
  • Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
