Job Description
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-TimePleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab CenterDerry, NH$42–$46/hour
Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident goals
- Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, and families
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Complete timely documentation
