Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-TimeCivita Care Center Cheshire | Cheshire, CT$46–$50/hour | Part-TimePost Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time opportunity at Civita Care Center Cheshire. Join a collaborative rehabilitation team while providing individualized care to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.What You'll DoEvaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and functional goals

Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia

Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies

Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation

Coordinate care with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

QualificationsActive Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required

Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
