Job Description
We are seeking (4) talented Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team for the school year
Hourly Rate Range: $45.00-$61.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to evaluate student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one, small group, and classroom settings
- Address articulation, fluency, voice, expressive/receptive language, and social communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessment results in compliance with South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and IDEA regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Train and support teachers and staff on speech-language strategies and classroom accommodations
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) Educator Certificate with appropriate Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Fingerprint clearance and background check required
