Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Crystal SpringsElkins, WV$43–$48/hourUltimate Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a collaborative skilled nursing environment.What You'll DoEvaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals

Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor progress

Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the care team

Educate residents and families on treatment strategies and home recommendations

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
