Implement treatment plans and IEP goals developed by supervising SLPsSupport students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication challenges
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, therapists, and families
Assist in creating positive, engaging learning environments
Support student participation in academic and social settings
Follow state, district, and professional compliance guidelines
QualificationsRequired:Associate's degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program
Current SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in MaineStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within school teams
Passion for helping children succeed
Preferred:Previous school-based or pediatric experience
Experience supporting students with diverse communication needs
