Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem (Home Health)

Pay: Competitive per-visit compensation ($80.00 per visit)

Location: Oahu, Hawaii (must have reliable transportation - we serve the entire island)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - build your own caseload

What You'll Do

Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers
Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting

What We're Looking For

Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Heart for serving seniors and local families
