• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday (Flexible options like 4-10s also available)

• Certifications Required: MN SLP license, ASHA Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field with EMR experience (preferably Epic)

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually (based on experience)
• Placement Fee: Starting from $70,000 at the lower end of the scale; vendor fees apply accordingly

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and safety

What You Need:

• Required:
  • MN SLP license
  • ASHA Certification
  • BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience with electronic medical records, especially Epic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
