Sports Complex Attendant

Jump Sports Development Center is looking for a dedicated and professional Sports Complex Attendant to support our daily operations and ensure a top-tier experience for our athletes and guests. This role is vital to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and organizational excellence of our facilities.

Role Overview

As a Sports Complex Attendant, you will be the face of our facility, balancing customer service with logistical support. You will ensure all courts, fields, and equipment are ready for use and that our environment remains welcoming and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Oversight: Greeting visitors, monitor the proper use of common areas, and provide accurate information regarding schedules and rules.
• Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of sports facilities, restrooms, and common spaces to meet high standards of excellence.
• Equipment Care: Conduct consistent cleaning and maintenance of sports gear (soccer, basketball, etc.) to ensure longevity and safety.
• Event Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of spaces for practices, competitions, and special events.
• Safety First: Identify hazards, report incidents immediately, and provide basic first response for minor injuries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, lifting, and moving equipment as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform physical tasks.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required to engage with our diverse audience.
• Previous experience in customer service or sports facilities is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.

• Must have flexible schedules with full availability for afternoons (PM), nights, and weekends to accommodate our training sessions and events.
