Job Description

Join an Award-Winning Midsize Law FirmJoin an award-winning midsize law firm in their immigration practice group. This mid-sized firm has offices across the US and about 200 attorneys total. They're headquarted in NY and known for their work in immigration, litigation, corporate and finance, and entertainment.Job DescriptionPrepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including O-1, P-1, and related visa types.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.Draft legal documents, including correspondence and case summaries.Coordinate with clients and attorneys to gather necessary case information.Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.Track and monitor case progress, providing regular updates to attorneys and clients.Assist in responding to government inquiries and requests for additional evidence.Stay updated on immigration regulations and policies relevant to professional athletes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
