Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
- Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
- Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
- Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students
- Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach sport management courses
- Develop and revise curriculum to meet program and industry standards
- Deliver instruction in multiple formats (in-person, hybrid)
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways
- Participate in department meetings, college service, and professional development
- Engage with local sports organizations and industry partners to support program relevance
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Master's Degree in Sports Management
