- Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Sports Medicine physician to join our team
- This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with no call requirement.
- Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
- No Call Expectation
- Average Outpatient Volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
- Supported by designated athletic trainer
- Includes High School, College, & Professional Team Coverage
- Telehealth offered
- Onsite Equipment:
- Lab
- X-ray
- Board Eligible / Board Certified Sports Medicine (Internal Med, Family Med, Orthopedics, etc.)
- MD / DO Licensed
- Ability to hold Indiana state license
