Sports-Minded Sales Rep → Management Track | Legacy Windows
Legacy Windows is hiring competitive, coachable people who want a fast track into leadership — not just a sales job. No window or home improvement experience needed. If you can be coached and you want to win, we'll teach you the rest.
The Path: Entry-level outside sales → field leader → management. We promote from within, and we mean it — most of our current leaders started exactly where you'd be starting.
What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners face-to-face about window replacement
- Generate leads and set qualified appointments
- Run a proven sales process (we train you — no experience required)
- Get daily field coaching from leaders who've done the job
- Compete individually while building toward a leadership role

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable Transportation & ability to travel within 20 mile radius
