As a D1 Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-level training while driving client satisfaction and long-term retention. This is more than coaching workouts—it's about building relationships, tracking progress, and helping athletes stay committed to their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Performance
Lead dynamic, high-energy group and individual training sessions Customize workouts to meet each athlete’s needs and goals Track performance and adjust programming to ensure progress Client Experience & Engagement Build strong, lasting relationships with athletes and families Conduct regular check-ins and performance assessments Deliver an exceptional, motivating training experience every session Retention & Growth Proactively drive client retention through engagement and results Support membership growth through athlete success and referrals Contribute to a positive, team-driven training environment Customer Service Create a welcoming, professional, and energetic atmosphere Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for clients Team & Facility Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain consistent programming Participate in team development and ongoing training Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facilityQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred) Industry certification (CSCS, NASM, ACE, or similar) Previous coaching or athletic training experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills High energy, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeedCompensation
$22–$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Commission opportunities tied to training package sales, renewals, and client retention
