SummaryPlans, organizes, develops, and provides sports performance services. Develops clinical competencies appropriate for training individuals and teams at all levels of athletic ability.Job Duties

• Delivers direct sports performance training services to clients at all levels of athletic ability.
• Designs and implements sports specific training programs for individuals and teams at every level of athletic ability.
• Adapts program design and service delivery to reflect current evidence based practice and industry trends.
• Seeks opportunities to develop relationships with core and extended team members and members of athletic associations.
• Establishes and maintains current evidence based standards of care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Clinically relevant major
• 1 year Relevant experience
• Ability to motivate others and teach clinical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support- State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
• CSCS- Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA- State of Pennsylvania within 120 Days

Physical DemandsLift over 50 lbs. Push/pull up to 140 lbs. Carry 80 lbs. short distances.
