SummaryPlans, organizes, develops, and provides sports performance services. Develops clinical competencies appropriate for training individuals and teams at all levels of athletic ability.Job Duties- Delivers direct sports performance training services to clients at all levels of athletic ability.
- Designs and implements sports specific training programs for individuals and teams at every level of athletic ability.
- Adapts program design and service delivery to reflect current evidence based practice and industry trends.
- Seeks opportunities to develop relationships with core and extended team members and members of athletic associations.
- Establishes and maintains current evidence based standards of care.
- Bachelor’s Degree Clinically relevant major
- 1 year Relevant experience
- Ability to motivate others and teach clinical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support- State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
- CSCS- Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA- State of Pennsylvania within 120 Days
