Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Oversee and coordinate the external audit process.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions (leases, capital projects, etc.).
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance Operations and Business Finance to ensure alignment.

Qualifications – Needed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation required.
• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner across departments and communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
