The Opportunity
This leader willbe responsible fordefining and implementing the strategic vision and innovative product roadmap transforming the industry while delivering exceptional customer experiences makingAdobe’sPro Designtoolsa core part of all creative workflows!
You will champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration ofnew technologiesand approaches, revolutionizing the world ofdesignand setting the gold standard for future products from Adobe and the Industry.
The successful candidate will coordinate all facets of product strategy, roadmap, and integrations within Creative Cloud for products and services they build. They will collaborate with engineering to innovate in all core areas related to thePro Designportfolio. There will be a strong focus on understanding the market and competitors,identifyingnew opportunities for customer acquisition and retention, and usingproduct-led growthand data-driven strategies.
You will bring a proven ability to deliver compelling user experiences, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence.
Whatyou'lldo
Define andlead the productvision andstrategy for Adobe's award-winningPro Designproducts, includingIllustrator,InDesign etc.
Define and driveobjectivesand key results for transformational initiatives partnering with cross-functional category leadership to include design, product marketing, and engineering.
Articulate the vision in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, fostering a shared sense of purpose and direction. Foster an environment where employees are inspired to contribute to realizing the vision.
Understand our customers, the competitive landscape, and technical advancements deeply. Apply that understanding toidentifyrisks and opportunities—breakinginsights downinto pragmatic actions.
Lead and build a team of high-impact product managers to bring the vision,roadmapand execution to fruition in long-lasting ways that reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs.

Whatyou'llneed to succeed
Proven product management leadership experience of 10+ years, including leading highly versatile, agile,high-performingteams of product managers.
Demonstrated excellence in the areas of customer insight, critical thinking, and product innovation.
Track recordof product roadmap definition and execution.
The inherently collaborative and leading personality that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to implement a complex product roadmap.
Proventrack recordof deep partnership with engineering, product marketing,and design counterpartsand working in a matrixed environment at scale, partnering across functions, business units, and geographies.
A sense of urgency and ability to act quickly and decisively,possessingself-confidence to be assertive when taking a position, and not afraid to make decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in driving positive cultural change.
Demonstrated success in fostering an environment where employees feel connected and motivated to collaborate.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
