The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high‑impact strategic, construction, and major capital projects across the organization. This role leads the full project lifecycle-from initiation and planning through execution, risk management, and closeout partnering with multiple business units through the Alliant Energy Program and Project Management team. With a dedicated focus on utility‑scale solar initiatives, this position offers the opportunity to drive renewable energy projects that support long‑term sustainability goals while shaping the future of clean energy delivery.

Pay Range:

$94,000 - $163,000

This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
