Sr. Systems Engineer - Platform/Infrastructure (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required)

Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required. On-site position. Must have Sec+ or better.Required Education, Experience, & Skills :We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field is required. Specific skills include the following:At a minimum, meet DoDD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification)Expertise working with Linux platforms and COTS applications in Linux cloud environmentsAbility to demonstrate solid engineering rigorExpert troubleshooting and solutioning skills, including investigating log files to discover root-cause for challengesExperience with Cloud architecture and system designExperience working with relational and/or non-relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.Experience architecting or integrating with workflow, case or ticketing, or automation platforms such as ServiceNow or custom-built systemsKnowledge of IDAM requirements and technologies including Active Directory, SAML, OpenLDAP, OAuth 2.0, and/or OIDCDemonstrated experience with system testing and validationStrong documentation skillsExperience and comfort with DevOps tooling (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab)Familiarity with Containerized Development environments (Rancher, Kubernetes)Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly and succinctly describe complex issuesPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills :Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Experience with Cloud solution optimizationExperience configuring and instrumenting visualization tools (Grafana, Splunk)Experience with ServiceNowFamiliarity with customer system security requirements and processesIntegration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniquesAssist with leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domainsExperience designing APIs such as REST or GraphQL and event-driven systemsExperience with DevOps testingExperience with maintaining API Gateways, catalogs in a cloud-based environmentExperience integrating complex systems using APIs, message queues, streaming platforms, and ETL pipelinesOther Cloud experience (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)
