We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function and continue building a high-performing team that delivers top talent across the organization. What You'll Be Doing

As our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition function.

You'll:

✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of Corporate Recruiters, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional results

✅ Create a recruiting culture focused on partnership, accountability, candidate experience, and continuous improvement

✅ Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs

✅ Develop and execute creative solutions to recruiting challenges

✅ Oversee full-cycle recruiting strategies across the organization, including high-priority and complex positions

✅ Drive projects that improve recruiting effectiveness, including employer branding, recruiting technology, sourcing channels, vendor partnerships, job posting optimization, and campus recruiting initiatives

✅ Serve as the subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition processes, policies, and best practices

✅ Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and create efficiencies throughout the hiring process

✅ Utilize recruiting metrics, market insights, and data to influence decisions and improve results

✅ Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, staffing partners, and vendors

✅ Champion a positive candidate experience while strengthening ACA's employer brand

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for a leader who can balance strategy with execution while building strong relationships across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• 4+ years of leadership or people management experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing recruiting teams
• Experience designing and improving recruiting processes at scale
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate future talent challenges and proactively develop solutions
• Experience leveraging recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
• Proven success building and promoting a strong employer brand
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
