Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and oversee marketing initiatives, branding efforts, outreach programs, and sales support strategies designed to increase market presence, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple communities and projects.

This role will be responsible for implementing and managing property-level marketing, community relations, social media strategies, promotional campaigns, and corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content that supports sales growth and brand awareness.

The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, project managers, and sales teams to establish goals, monitor campaign performance, manage reputation and social media channels, and develop creative strategies that drive traffic and increase conversions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, and revenue across multiple communities and brands.
  • Develop thoughtful, high-impact promotional and sales materials that highlight the company’s experience, creativity, and value proposition.
  • Manage and oversee social media platforms, digital marketing efforts, and online reputation management.
  • Create and execute lead generation campaigns, email marketing workflows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and vendors.
  • Develop engaging marketing content including photos, videos, community highlights, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional videos, social media content, and digital campaigns for brand visibility.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, preferred employers, and local outreach programs.
  • Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Support sales teams with branding, community events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales, branding, or related fields.
  • Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, retail, or customer-facing industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and lead generation strategies.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience creating social media content and promotional campaigns preferred.
  • Experience using cameras, smartphones, or similar equipment for taking professional-quality photos and promotional videos is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make confident business decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable appearing in or coordinating promotional and marketing content when needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills.
