Join our team as we develop and enforce enterprise data management policies to ensure compliance and enhance data governance across the organization. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead and innovate in the field of data management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:
- Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
- Banking or financial services experience.
- Data Management certification (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Data Steward).
- Seven years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving:
- Writing and enforcing Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Designing and executing data management risk assessments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills but are not required:
- Ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience involving:
- Writing and enforcing Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Designing and executing data management risk assessments.
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations of complex concepts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Key tasks and expectations for the role:
- Author and enforce Enterprise Data Management policies and requirements.
- Design and implement enterprise data management policy adherence practices across the enterprise.
- Define, implement, and operate Enterprise Data Management processes.
- Develop, monitor, and report data management policy adherence metrics.
