$70,304.00/Yr. - $85,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Office of the CEO by delivering actionable insights that inform enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. This role blends advanced analytics, business acumen, and project management to enable executive decision-making in a fast‑paced environment. The analyst will leverage tools such as Power Platform, Tableau, and SQL, operating comfortably at both detailed and executive levels, and manage multiple priorities independently. Success requires adaptability, precision, and the ability to translate strategy into data‑driven execution, with experience in financial services or fintech strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support the internal consulting team with the development of reporting assets using Excel, SQL and Tableau
• Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating system capabilities
• Work with business units to clarify objectives by breaking requests down into component pieces and working with a variety of stakeholders to execute on initiatives
• Support testing of applications or reports as part of the SDLC process
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes within short time frames
• Demonstrable experience working independently with little supervision while meeting aggressive timelines
• Ability to proactively analyze and assess current processes to define, document and implement improvements
• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance or automate processes for optimization and efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years' working with a variety of data sets and generating actionable insights
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
• Sound problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
