Job Description

Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

The Opportunity

Blink Health is looking for a Senior PM to lead strategic development across internal platforms,

partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations. This role is for a product leader who thrives in

technical problem spaces, challenges legacy business models, and makes complex processes

simple and scalable. Experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management - clearinghouses, PA

workflows, payer connectivity, eligibility, and claims - is preferred. Pharmacy Program

Management or Operations/Ops Excellence experience is transferable.

● True 0→1 scope: you'll build from scratch with a small, sharp team

● Deep cross-functional ownership across Engineering, Data, and Operations

● Ability to stretch into programmatic, financial, and customer engagement dimensions as

the product scales

You'll play a central role in shaping the systems that power BlinkRx's commercial and pharmacy

operations - building foundational tools designed to scale with the business.

Responsibilities

● Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internal

and external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx.

● Lead the roadmap for external system integrations.

● Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical

solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

● Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core business

processes and reduce friction for downstream teams.

● Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve tools

based on data and user feedback.

● Identify opportunities in our business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild for

scale.

Qualifications

● 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform tools, internal

systems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.

Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role; able to

engage deeply with architecture and backend systems strongly preferred.

● Adept at untangling complex, interdependent systems and turning them into scalable,

efficient solutions.

● Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration

patterns; capable of translating business needs into technical specs.

● Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such as

conversational AI, copilots, automation, or decision-support systems. Ability to translate

existing workflows into intelligent AI journeys that improve agent efficiency, reduce

handle time, and enhance customer experience.

● Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science,

compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements, validate models, and

implement monitoring frameworks. Track and optimize KPIs such as call resolution rate,

prior authorization turnaround, medication access speed, patient satisfaction

(CAHPS/CSAT), and regulatory adherence.

● Data driven with a demonstrable history of using data to inform decisions, measure

success, and prioritize development.

● A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, keeping stakeholders aligned, and

pushing through ambiguity with clarity and focus.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product direction,

technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences.

● Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software preferred

Ideal Candidate

● Prior experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - clearinghouses, PA

workflows, payer connectively, eligibility, claims

● True 0→1 product scope, hungry to build something from scratch with a small, sharp

team

● Ability to stretch into programmatic components, financials and customer engagement

for overall product success as needed

● Prior Pharmacy Program Management experience is transferable

● Prior Pharmacy operations and Ops Excellence experience is transferable

Why Join Us:

It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Applicants who provide their phone number and consent to receive text messages may receive SMS or MMS updates from Blink Health regarding their application.
