Business Technology Integrators (BTI), A Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative IT Solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a Senior SharePoint Manager with a TS Clearance to support various initiatives within the company.
The Senior SharePoint Manager leads the design, development, and governance of SharePoint environments across the organization. This role blends technical mastery with strategic oversight, ensuring SharePoint solutions align with business goals, enhance collaboration, and maintain security and performance standards.

The Senior SharePoint Manager leads the design, development, and governance of SharePoint environments across the organization. This role blends technical mastery with strategic oversight, ensuring SharePoint solutions align with business goals, enhance collaboration, and maintain security and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Strategy
- Design and manage SharePoint server farms for high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
- Develop governance models and best practices for SharePoint usage across departments
- Lead integration efforts with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide SharePoint developers and administrators
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and project managers
- Conduct regular training sessions and promote knowledge sharing
- Project Management
- Oversee SharePoint-related projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Participate in SCRUM meetings and provide updates on task progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Technical Oversight
- Act as the technical lead for all SharePoint technologies including SPFx, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and Power Platform issues
- Ensure compliance with security policies and maintain operational documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
- Strong expertise in:
- SharePoint 2013/2016/Online
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Certifications such as MCSE, ITIL, or Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate are a plus
- US Citizen
- Top Secret Clearance
