Maintenance ManagerPosition SummaryA global manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance of production equipment. This role is responsible for driving maintenance strategy, improving asset reliability, and leading a technical team to support overall plant performance. The position works closely with operations and engineering to reduce downtime, optimize processes, and maintain high operational standards.QualificationsExperience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical or multi-craft teams
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, planning activities, and contractor resources
- Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices
- Proven ability to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Financial acumen with experience managing costs and budgets
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
