PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This role will be to directly support the mission of the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) to secure information and information systems; to support mission success through effective and efficient service delivery; and to sustain required infrastructure and capabilities. As one part of the greater Air Force Information Network (AFIN) enterprise, the 66 ABG Communications and Information Division (66 ABG/SC) has responsibilities in two categories (1) direct actions in support of Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) and geographically separated units (GSUs); and (2) indirect actions to support the AFIN enterprise. Successful solutions for this requirement are expected to have strengths in four areas: integration, flexibility, AFIN knowledge, and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee 185+ site collection which make up 5,000 sites.
• Maintain records of the site collection names, links and admins.
• Create training material and course for end users to become site owners and site collection admins.
• Review trained end user labs and create certificates based on class completion.
• Provided one on one or group training as needed.
• Keep updated format for appointment letter to become site owner.
• Provide permissions to users who submitted appointment letter base on certificates.
• Track site owners and SCAs owned sites by appointment letter.
• Maintain the AD group for Hanscom SharePoint Site Owners.
• Maintain the list of sensitive unclassified information that confirms site owners and SCAs scanned their site monthly.
• Setup external access on site collections that need permissions given to non AF.mil personnel.
• Provide solutions for migration and legacy SP site issues. Many of Hanscom SP sites have gone from SP 2007 to 2013 and now to SP online.
• Maintain the Hanscom Conference Room site collection permissions and sub sites. Updating access to the rooms for schedulers and creating new conference rooms sites.
• Provide base level support for all SP issues and requested projects.
• Support installation/configuration/troubleshooting of SQL/IIS as needed
• Support hardening of systems (Windows/SQL/IIS etc.) based on guidelines from DISA.
• Powershell scripting is preferred.
• After hours support as needed.
• Collaborate/Support other teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

• DOD Secret Clearance required
• Associates Degree and 6+ years experience required
• SEC+ required
• Strong Sharepoint skills are required
• Strong customer service skills
